Refunds and Returns Policy

At Mile High Compounds (MHC), we are committed to providing the highest quality research materials for the scientific community. Because our products are sensitive biochemical compounds, we maintain strict handling and storage protocols to ensure a minimum purity of $\geq 98\%$. To preserve the integrity of these materials, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. All Sales are Final

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the requirement to maintain a sterile, temperature-controlled environment, Mile High Compounds does not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind or research-related outcomes.

Once a product has left our fulfillment center in Clifton, CO, we can no longer guarantee that it has been stored under optimal conditions (e.g., protected from light, heat, or moisture) or that its sterility remains uncompromised. For this reason, we cannot restock or resell any items once they have been delivered to a customer. 1

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We understand that shipping errors or transit damage can occur. MHC will provide a replacement or store credit if:

Damage in Transit: The vial is cracked, broken, or the hermetic seal is visibly compromised upon arrival.
Incorrect Product: You received a compound or concentration different from what was listed on your order confirmation.
Missing Items: Your shipment is missing a product you purchased.

Reporting Window: All claims for damage or errors must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date as recorded by the carrier (USPS/UPS). Claims made after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for replacement.

3. How to Initiate a Claim

To report an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

Email Support: Send an email to info.milehighcompounds@fmail.com.
Provide Details: Include your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
Visual Evidence: Attach clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged vial(s), the shipping label, and the packaging.
Review Process: Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days. If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to you, or a store credit will be issued.

4. Shipping and Lost Packages

Domestic Speed: We aim for 24-48 hour processing to ensure your research materials arrive quickly. 5
Risk of Loss: Once a package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. MHC is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently missing or stolen.
Seizures: MHC is not responsible for losses due to customs seizures for international orders. It is the researcher's responsibility to understand their local laws before ordering.

5. Research and Results Exclusions

MHC provides batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to verify the purity and identity of our materials. 7 However:

We do not guarantee specific research outcomes or metabolic results in your research models.
Refunds will not be issued based on "lack of results" or "subjective experience," as these are variables inherent to the experimental nature of research peptides.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final and cannot be stopped.
